Great place, my go to spot in Harlem for tacos. Everything is pretty good here. They have good desserts as well.

Great taco gem in the area! Been ordering from this taco spot a several occasions and always happy with my decision. Food is prepared nicely, fast turnaround on your order and tastes fresh. You can order full plates, salads, wraps and such but I mostly have picked up their authentic Mexican tacos and also enjoyed their amazing packed filled tortas. The service at the counter is always friendly and always greeted with a smile. The restaurant is small, with just a few tables inside, and a small enclosure outside, however looks very inviting and looks clean. I definitely recommend this spot especially if you wanna get your taco chow on!

Stopped in for carry out mid day on Monday when some other neighborhood spots were closed, but happy to find Tulci Mexicano open! Service was quick and friendly at the counter and for some reason I forgot my wallet, but Apple Pay was accepted with my phone, thankfully. Love that the chicken nachos include beans and guac without needing to make a special request and the Pico tasted fresh. The chips are corn and hearty but will get soggy with enough time and black bean or Pico saturation. The order was ready within around 7-10min and that little aluminum tray of nachos was hefty! Definitely enough for two, and even with an appetite, I couldn't finish it solo. It's a small space inside with just a few tables, but nice that the little outside covered space is air conditioned in the summer to offer comfortable seating and extend the inside. Next time if I have someone to share with, definitely curious about those deserts and I'd love to try one of the agua frescas it looked like they had as well.

This food and staff were amazing.they were warm and d friendly and the food! The food was tasty . I had the the steak burrito with extra red sauce on the side . Along with steak flautas . Dessert to go

Good food, had the birria tacos with consome and it was delicious !! First time in the area, Easy to find and very nice host. The service that is given here is friendly. Not much ambiance, go for the best food !!

The food is great and affordable. They are also very accommodating. My daughter is a picky eater and always has a lot of request. The only thing I would like to see happen is an option to pay by card over the phone. Other than that, it's a great place.

Don't go for the ambiance because there is none. Go for the tasty food and good service....you'll feel like you're at a neighbor's house and they're cooking for you. Ibhad the juevos rancheros and it was delish.

Coming from LA, finding tacos in NYC is always a challenge, but what a fantastic find Tulcimexico is! This proper Mexican, with lots of care, and awesome taste. We stopped in, and while the interior is small, the place is clean and nice to sit. The staff are friendly, and the kitchen is well appointed. Ordered birria, and everything about the preparation was exactly as expected... robust consomme, dunked and pan fried tortillas, slow cooked falling apart meat, fresh lime... all of it, just as if I was on the other coast. Highly recommended when you are around 145th!

We order here all the time and I'm finally making a review but I need to start taking a pic of my food before we dive into it lol! Always always on the list is their hand made quesadillas. They are fresh and delicious. Chicken is my fav and my husband loves the steak. My kids always get the chicken fajitas and it comes with a lot of food. Happy to have found this place
